Swallowing Stones Book Review- Hannah Donally
In “Swallowing Stones” by Joyce Mcdonald, will make you feel emotions that you have never felt before. In the beginning Michael Mackenzie has a normal life with nothing to worry about, but when that one shot was fired, Michael had never felt the same again. A mile away a man is killed by the same bullet, Innocently repairing a roof. Michael never tells anyone about except for his drugged friend, Joe. At the same time, Jenna the murdered man’s daughter, has to deal with the circumstances on by herself. While dealing everything, she gets weird feelings around her boyfriend and feels uncomfortable. In her dreams she always sees michael and wonders why he keeps appearing there. This book is very romantic, suspenseful, daring, and very unforgettable.
